Checklists & Quality Control

Turn opening, closing, and shift routines into digital checklists — with temperature logs, photos, and signatures — and let flagged items route their own follow-ups.

How it works

From the console to the floor.

Build

Design a task in the task builder from field types and components, and decide which items should be flagged when they fail or fall out of range.

Deploy

Send it to people or job codes with timing and a repeat schedule, choose reviewers, and notify by app push and/or SMS — or with a QR code that opens the task in the app.

Review

Supervisors approve submissions with an AI-generated summary. Flagged items automatically create maintenance requests and supply orders.

In the console

The task builder.

Pick field types, set ranges, and decide what a flagged answer should trigger. The mobile preview on the right shows what your team will see.

What you can configure

Set up by your own administrators.

Task types

Match the way each routine actually runs.

  • Opening, closing, and shift checklists
  • One-time and recurring tasks
  • Multi-step workflows

Field types and components

Capture exactly what you need to see.

  • Text, PDF, image, and video content
  • Checklists, questions, ratings, quizzes, and upload fields
  • Temperature logs, with any component able to require a signature

Flagged-item routing

Problems don’t wait for someone to read the clipboard.

  • Out-of-range or failed items create maintenance requests automatically
  • Supply needs become supply orders
  • Reviewers see what was flagged

Temperatures and allergens

Food-safety data in the same system.

  • Capture readings with ThermoWorks equipment straight into your QC logs
  • Allergens traced from ingredients in the Spec Book up to finished menu items, with corporate overrides
  • An employee-facing allergen lookup for questions on the floor
On mobile

What your team sees.

  • Complete checklists on their phone, capturing photos and readings as they go
  • New items appear under Notifications
  • Anything not yet finished stays under To-do’s
  • Completed, reviewed work appears under My Results
Before you start

What you’ll need.

  • Locations and job codes set up in Jamboree
  • Your current checklists and logs to convert
  • ThermoWorks equipment, if you want probe readings to flow in automatically (optional)

Good to know: tasks currently in active use by the scheduler can’t be edited.

Step-by-step instructions are in the User Guide.
