Licensing & implementation

How a Jamboree deployment works.

We set Jamboree up around your operation, train your administrators to run it, and hand it over with everything documented. Your proposal spells out what you receive at launch and what continues afterward — before you sign.

What’s included

Every deployment includes four things.

Software license

Rights to use Jamboree for the modules and locations you choose, on the terms set out in your agreement.

Implementation

Configuration of your locations, roles, and agreed modules, plus setup of the integrations in scope.

Administrator training

Your administrators learn to manage courses, checklists, task fields, roles, and locations themselves — without waiting on us.

Documented handover

A record of what was configured, who administers what, and how to get help once you’re live.

Customization

Three levels of customization.

“Customizable” means different things, so here is exactly who does what.

LevelWho does itExamples
Administrator settingsYour trained administrators, in the consoleCourses, checklists and task fields, roles and permissions, locations, schedules

Implementation

From kickoff to handover.

Discovery

We learn how you run today — locations, roles, routines, and the systems you use.

Configuration

We set up your locations, roles, and agreed modules, and connect the integrations in scope.

Data migration

We bring in what you already have, such as employees, recipes, and existing checklists.

Pilot

One location runs Jamboree for real, and we adjust based on what the team finds.

Administrator training

Your administrators learn to manage the platform and train each other.

Acceptance & handover

We confirm the agreed workflows work, then hand over with everything documented.

What we’ll need from you

  • A project lead who can make decisions about how you operate
  • One or more people to become your Jamboree administrators
  • Your current material — checklists, training, recipes, and schedules
  • Access to the systems being connected, such as Toast or Restaurant365
  • A pilot location and the time to give feedback during the pilot
After launch

What continues — itemized up front.

Some costs continue after launch. Your proposal lists each one so nothing is a surprise:

  • Hosting and infrastructure
  • AI usage
  • Text messaging (SMS)
  • Integration maintenance
  • Support and updates, under a separate, clearly stated arrangement
Your data

Clear terms on your data.

Your agreement defines who owns your business content — courses, checklists, recipes, and records — what can be exported and in what format, and how an exit works. We walk through it with you before you sign.
